I'd like to talk to you very briefly about an experience that I have been through that has given me a completely different outlook. I was recently introduced to Chris Cooper and his Be More. Achieve More brand. Chris had asked me to take part in some tele-seminars and study groups which I have to say were invaluable. Chris was doing some coaching work for me and he asked me a question about my purpose in life and why I do the things I do and I didn't really understand why that was important.
Chris, this is a huge area for Chris and Be More. Achieve More. He has allowed me to unlock my true purpose in life and to understand and give myself the understanding of why I do the things that I do. That has allowed me to be authentic, it has allowed me to be genuine. It has allowed me to clearly understand what my future career and future desires in life are.
Many organisations rely on their people and I believe people are both the heart and life blood of every organisation. Many organisations have got talent groups and people invest in those talent groups building people skills and knowledge. But actually spending time with people allowing them to understand their purpose in life I believe is invaluable. it enables people to have an unswerving belief and at a time with economic change around the corner there are going to be loads of things that are going to challenge us and take us off our course, distract us from our true goal. The only way that I believe you can be continually focused in your true goal is by understanding your true purpose.
