Interview with MILOS STANKOVIC MBE
Listen to a fascinating interview Chris did with Milos Stankovic MBE. Milos is of part Yugoslav origin, and as a British soldier in the Bosnian war worked as an interpreter and go-between for two British UN generals. Involved in nerve-wracking situations negotiating ceasefires and hostage releases, he developed close contacts with the Bosnian Serb leadership and in the climate of suspicion and paranoia, ended up being arrested by the British authorities on suspicion of being a Serb spy.
How he rose above this experience and cleared his name is highly inspirational. Milos' book "Trusted Mole" is on Chris's recommended reading list and you'll understand why if you listen to the interview.
